c. Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.
3. Fees and Payments
a. Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
b. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic funds transfers.
c. All fees are outlined on our website and may vary based on the service provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
a. We understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
b. If you have or have had flu and/or COVID-like symptoms in the past 5 days, please cancel your appointment for the safety of our vulnerable clients—no cancellation fee will apply.
c. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
d. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
e. Failure to be present at the scheduled location will incur a 100% no-show fee.
f. Outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid in full before booking further services.

Unless otherwise stated, Roaming Therapy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all content and material published on this website. All rights are reserved, subject to the license below.
